Snowmen Review and Giveaway

There is nothing like snuggling up on a cold afternoon with the fire lit and a DVD to watch and this weekend we did just that with the DVD released today “Snowmen”.

The main character in the film is a ten year old boy named Billy, who is convinced is only has weeks to live.  He and his misfit friends make a surprise discovery in the snow which leads them to try and set their own Guinness World Record, to ensure that Billy is remember forever.  Their plan is to build more snowmen that anyone has ever done before.  During this feet Billy and his friends encounter some bullies, bring their community together and learn important lessons about friendship.  But will they make it into the record books??

Snowmen stars Ray Liotta (Goodfellas) and Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future) as well as a whole host of up and coming new talent and has one four awards including Best Picture at the the Dallas Film Awards.

It’s a lovely, funny festive film that had Imogen and I glued to the screen from start to finish and it’s very hard to find a film that will amuse us both!

Arrow Films have kindly donated two copies of Snowmen on DVD to giveaway to two lucky readers, to be in with a chance of winning enter via Rafflecopter below.
