Our latest challenge as Poundland ambassadors was a little different as this time Imogen was given a budget of £5.00 to buy my Mother’s day gifts. So she waltzed off with Daddy after school with her voucher in her paw.
As pleased as punch with her choices, she skipped through the door clutching a very pretty bag containing these lovely things and a very big smile on her face.
She had chosen a HUGE World’s Best Mum Card (because I am – naturally :)), a magnetic to do list with a dry wipe marker (because I always have lots to do and I don’t always remember), a cupcake shaped memo block and a “Ring for Tea” hand bell (so that I relax).
The Magnetic To Do List has already proved itself invaluable because I quite simply do have a lot on my plate and I do forget things, now I can plan the week’s activities and because it’s stuck on my fridge door I’ll hopefully not forget a mufty day or cake sale again!
The cup cake shaped memo block is adorable and takes pride of place on my hall table and I am hoping that my “Ring for Tea” will be answered on Sunday as I take my annual day off!
There’s a vast array of Mother’s Day Gifts available at Poundland all for amazing value at £1 each. To find your nearest store or to preview them take a look at www.poundland.co.uk
